About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to expand our channel network for SEMEX LED TV. The primary responsibility will be to appoint and manage Super Stockists and Distributors across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint Super Stockists and Distributors for SEMEX LED TV in assigned territories.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business growth.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure timely supply chain coordination.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
- Guide and support distributors in increasing dealer network and product visibility.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in Electronics / Consumer Durables industry.
- Strong network and contacts in the electronics trade in Uttar Pradesh.
- Proven track record of building and managing distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
