Terms & Conditions – Semex LED TV

Welcome to Semex. By purchasing or using our LED TV products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using a Semex LED TV, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Product Warranty
- All Semex LED TVs come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, screen issues (not due to physical damage), and internal hardware failures.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.
3. Installation and Use
- Installation must be done by a Company Free of Cost.
- Any damage caused during self-installation is not covered under warranty.
- The user agrees to operate the TV in accordance with the user manual.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
- Opened or used products may be returned only if defective and approved under warranty.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
Semex is not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the LED TV.
- Content displayed through third-party apps or services.
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or faulty connections.
6. Software and Updates
- Some Semex LED TVs come with smart features or third-party apps.
- Semex is not responsible for content, performance, or availability of third-party services.
- We may push software updates to improve functionality or fix bugs.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the registration or smart TV usage will be handled according to our Privacy-Policy
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or state where the product was purchased. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of that region.
